Shopping Information
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
The item is shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-35 business days to receive it depending on your location and the shipping type you choose it.
How do I add gift packaging?
All our orders are nicely packed. If you want us to add a shopping bag or write a special note on your behalf, please write it down it in the comment section at checkout.
Is the shipping free?
Yes, if your order is over $229 and we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
An email with a tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped. With this tracking number, you will be able to verify the status of your order.
Payment Information
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes?
Additional import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees and the payment is non-refundable. Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes charged by the state or country’s requirements. Please contact your local customers office to find out more information if you are not sure about the charges.

In Morocco only, we also accept cash upon delivery.
Orders and Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, all items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. To proceed with a return, please send us an email with the order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Order can be canceled within 24 hours of the date it was placed - this will fully void your order. Please send us an email with the order number.

What material do you use to craft your pieces?
We make all our products "JEWELRY" from Silver 925.
We make all our products "Decors" from Metal and/or Copper, and Leather.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
The Silver is waterproof. However, to maintain long-lasting shine, please make sure to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or doing housework.
Where is your jewelry crafted?
All our pieces are handmade by talented artisans in our atelier in Marrakech, Tiznit, and Laayoune in Morocco.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain long-lasting shine, please make sure to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or doing housework.
When not worn, place it in the linen pouch offered with your purchase.
